Superales, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (VPRERG), Dr. Joel M. Sabellano, Finance Director and Dr. Moises Glenn Tangalin, Dumingag Campus Director. The School of Business and Management (SBM) of J.H.Cerilles State College (JHCSC) officially launched and implemented its community extension service entitled “Skills Training to the Non-working and Indigent Citizens of Barangay White Beach” on December 20-21, 2024. This initiative is part of the Adopt-a-District Extension Program (ADEP) under the TABANGE Framework, a project spearheaded by Extension Director Prof. Ricky A. Egos and guided by the leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales. The training event was held at the JHCSC SBM Kitchen Laboratory and led by Project Leaders Ms. Maricar P.
