Issued under Certificate No. 372, Series of 2025, the COPC signifies that JHCSC has fully complied with CHED’s prescribed minimum requirements for the BSN program, in accordance with the Higher Education Act of 1994 (Republic Act No. 7722) and CHED Resolution No. 575-2025.

College President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, accompanied by Prof. Marjo S. Malabanan, Dean of the School of Nursing, personally received the COPC, presented by Commissioner Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III, at the CHED Central Office on November 12, 2025.

This milestone reflects the collective dedication and hard work of the BSN faculty and staff, guided by Dr. Patricia D. J. Bahian, Pagadian Campus Director, and Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, under the visionary leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.
