Cerilles State College (JHCSC) have secured a Top 3 finish in the tree measurement event of the ongoing 15th National Forestry Olympiad (NFO), currently being held from February 26, 2026, at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Anchored on the theme “Kalikasan at Kabuhayan: Advancing Green Economies Through Sustainable Forest Stewardship,” the competition brings together forestry experts and students from across the country to discuss pressing issues in sustainable forest management while competing in rigorous academic and field events. Cerilles State College participated in a one-day institutional benchmarking activity on February 18, 2026, at the Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU) Main Campus, aimed at strengthening campus disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) systems. The JHCSC delegation was led by Campus Director Dr. Trinidad C. Abapo, accompanied by DRRMO Director Mr. Jerry R. Redoblado, Security Head Jonathan Reville, and Pagadian Extension Campus Clinic In-Charge Niko Marie T. Casiñas, RN, along with other institutional staff.
