Music, faith, and solidarity came together on December 11, 2025, as the J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Main Campus Gymnasium hosted a Concert for a Cause in support of two parish communities. With the theme “Christmas in Our Hearts,” the benefit concert was initiated by Dr. Jeremias Navarro Perez with the support of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales. All proceeds from the event were dedicated to the missions and projects of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish – San Miguel and Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish – Guipos.

Cerilles State College (JHCSC) School of Law (SOL), under the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP), officially entered into partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for the implementation of the Cooperative Legal Awareness Program (CLAP) on December 2, 2025, at the IT Building Conference Room of JH Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Pagadian City Extension Campus. The collaboration is led by CDA Regional Director Dr. Ruben L. Cunanan, JD, represented by Atty. Mynna Marie Barrientos-Godoy, Attorney III of the CDA Region IX Extension Office, together with JHCSC School of Law Dean Atty. Romylyn O. Regidor. The partnership aims to strengthen legal education, promote cooperative law, and extend community-centered legal services through CLEP law student practitioners.

The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) has released its Technical Review and Board Action report, confirming that the Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSF) Program at J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Main Campus has successfully passed its recent accreditation survey, earning a Level I Accredited status. Furthermore, the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program (BSIT) at Canuto MS Enerio Campus in Lakewood has been re-accredited at Level II.
