The Quality Assurance (QA) Office of J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC), led by Director Vicpher D. Garnada, successfully facilitated the exit conference and closing program via Zoom on March 28, 2025. This event marked the conclusion of the three-day Phase 2 of the 3rd Survey for Level III online accreditation of three academic programs: the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) at the Main Campus and both the BEEd and the Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) at the Dumingag Campus. The accreditation was conducted by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP) from March 26 to 28, 2025.

The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) community gathered for its first-ever General Assembly on March 14, 2025, at the Main Campus Gymnasium in Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. Led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, the historic event brought together regular employees, Contract of Service (COS), Job Orders (JOs), and Visiting Lecturers (VLs) from CMSE, Pagadian, Dumingag, and the Main Campus. The assembly aimed to strengthen communication, present institutional goals, and address employee concerns.
