J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) participated in the 1st National Research, Innovation, and Extension Summit (RIEX 2025) organized by the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the University Closed Gym, Sumacab Campus. Representing the institution were Prof. Zenon Matos, Program Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program from JHCSC Dumingag, and Mr. Jaafar Omar, MSCA, a faculty member of the BSIT program from the Pagadian Campus.
