With the ultimate goal of advancing the institution, President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, along with the middle managers, initiated the process of updating the JH Cerilles State College Strategic Plan through the College Planning and Development Office. This significant undertaking took place from October 9 to October 12, 2023, at Manuel Resort, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte.
On the first day of the event, the College Planning Officer, Engr. Rodrigo P. Millares Jr., EnP, presented the highlights of the previous Strategic Plan (2017-2022), with feedback sessions involving various service delivery units. These discussions served as the baseline for developing catch-up strategies and action plans.
In his welcome remarks, President Rosales emphasized the importance of enhancing the institution’s strategic plan to align with its goals and elevate its overall performance for the benefit of all stakeholders.
