Rosales, a visionary and dynamic JHCSC President, hosted an Abaca Tuxy Demonstration on April 18, 2024, at the School of Agriculture, Forestry and Environmental Sciences (SAFES) Department, JHCSC Main Campus, Mati, Zamboanga del Sur.
