The JHCSC representatives headed by President Rosales included Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., Budget Officer and Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Cleofe Baterna, Jr., Planning Director, Engr. Archel B. Bacus, Planning Officer III, and Frencislyn E. The workshop, facilitated by the DAP as the designated focal organization of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Center of Excellence on Public-Sector Productivity (COE-PSP), gathered representatives from various National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs). This initiative is set to empower public sector organizations with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to develop and improve public service value chains to enhance productivity and service delivery.

By actively participating in this workshop, the JHCSC delegation aims to bring back valuable insights and strategies to elevate the College’s effective governance and public service excellence mission.
