The School of Nursing (SoN) of J.H. Cerilles State College, led by Dean Prof. Marjo S. Malabanan, has proven its commitment to excellence by achieving outstanding results in the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) held on November 9-10, 2024, with an 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟗𝟏.𝟑𝟎% (63 out of 69) surpassing the national average of 84.99%.

Of the 62 first-time takers, 59 passed the exam, achieving a pass rate of 95.16%, significantly exceeding the national pass rate of 93.65%. Additionally, 57.14% of retakers (4 out of 7) successfully earned their nursing licenses, reinforcing the dedication of SoN to producing highly competent and qualified nursing professionals.

The JHCSC community congratulates the School of Nursing on this outstanding accomplishment that honors the college, noting that the success of the graduates who passed this November 2024 PNLE is a testament to the rigorous academic training, support from faculty, and the students’ resilience.
