Echo-Seminar Day 3 Highlights: JHCSC Transformative Leadership Explored

The Future Thinking Committee organized the “Regional Futures Consortium Workshop: High-Level Anticipatory Leadership and Governance Executive Course” Echo-Seminar, which was held from February 27 to 29, 2024, at Adrian Hall, New Roxan Hotel in Pagadian City. Across the three days, it garnered enthusiastic involvement from JHCSC executives, administrators, department heads, and academic leaders.
A significant segment of the 3rd day of the seminar focused on continuing the OPCR presentation, featuring insights from Dr. Wendell Glenn Cagape, Internalization Director, and Dr. Raymund A. Indangan, Performance Evaluation Review and Testing Center Director.
Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, President of JHCSC, highlighted the importance of assessing individual performance based on their functions, applauding the commitment and agreement surrounding the OPCR. He emphasized the need for attendees to advocate for compliance with the OPCR, DPCR, and IPCR.
Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna Jr., Planning Office Director, thanked the participants for their unwavering dedication and exceptional contributions. He underscored the collaborative spirit that defines the workshop, reminding attendees that each day presents an opportunity for collective growth and success.
