𝑱𝑯𝑪𝑺𝑪 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑽𝑷𝑨𝑨 𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝑺𝑬𝑨𝑵 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 𝒐𝒏 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒌

The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) President, Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, along with the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, participated in the AUN-QEx Mastery Training Workshop on Qualifications Excellence held from June 25 to 27, 2025, at Novotel Platinum Pratunam in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop was organized by the ASEAN University Network (AUN) through the office of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, Deputy Executive Director for AUN Executive Director.

The three-day onsite training was designed to enhance institutional leadership and academic capacity in developing regionally comparable and verifiable qualifications. It focused on integrating Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibility (KSR) learning outcomes into curriculum design, implementing outcome-aligned and authentic assessment strategies, and applying evidence-based workload planning to support sustainable academic delivery.

The event united academic leaders and educators from ASEAN member institutions to align higher education practices with regional quality assurance frameworks. President Rosales’ participation underscored JHCSC’s continuing commitment to academic excellence, international engagement, and innovation in curriculum development.
