J.H. Cerilles State College, under the leadership of President Edgardo H. Rosales, granted a Certificate of Accreditation as proof of eligibility as an NCCA proponent in compliance with NCCA Board Resolution 2017-265, issued on July 18, 2024.
To mark a successful conclusion to the JHCSC Pulse Training Workshop conducted by the Information and Public Affairs Office (IPAO), the student media representatives across J.H. Cerilles State College Campuses, including Main and Pagadian Annex (The Journey), Dumingag (The Insider), and Lakewood (The Heights Courier), presented their collaborative projects on July 31, 2024 at New Roxan Hotel Function Hall, Pagadian City.

JHCSC Planning and Development Office (PDO) organized a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony between J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region IX to formalize their collaboration for the implementation of the two Major Infrastructure Projects of JHCSC held today, July 26, 2024, at Pagadian Annex Conference Room.

Cerilles State College continues to move in pursuit of academic excellence through a comprehensive program evaluation, under the Commission on Higher Education CHED IX Monitoring and Evaluation Team. The evaluation spans from July 24 to July 25, 2024, and focuses on assessing existing programs and reviewing documentary analyses for new program offerings.

J.H. Cerilles State College organized an onboarding orientation for 22 newly hired employees out of over 300 applicants at JHCSC Library, Pagadian Annex on July 19, 2022. Arranged by the Human Resource Management Office headed by Dr. Julito V. Mandac, Jr., designated HRMO Director, the event aimed to integrate the new employees into the JHCSC community and equip them with relevant knowledge and skills in their working areas.

J.H. Cerilles State College has welcomed a large number of fresh students as the first semester’s enrollment for Academic Year 2024-2025 was conducted from July 16-19, 2024. As of July 18, 2024, enrolment showed that there were 2,062 freshmen on its various campuses, foretelling a promising beginning of the new academic year.
