The Performance Management Team (PMT) members convened on April 15, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel, Pagadian City Extension Campus, to finalize performance planning documents for the upcoming fiscal year. Led by JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, the meeting provided a platform to address key concerns and align strategic actions aimed at further strengthening the institution’s performance-based management system.
During the session, the team conducted a comprehensive review of the quarterly performance of various offices and divisions, identifying performance gaps and areas requiring enhancement. The discussions likewise addressed the need for updates to ensure that performance indicators align with the institution’s evolving objectives. Participants thoroughly assessed the effectiveness of existing mechanisms and proposed refinements to more accurately reflect the priorities and mandates of the college.
One of the main highlights of the meeting was the formulation and finalization of the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and the Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) for Fiscal Year 2026. These key performance documents are essential for measuring accountability, efficiency, and service delivery within the institution. With the collaborative effort of the PMT members, the finalized OPCR and DPCR are expected to guide the college’s operational direction and performance benchmarks for the coming year.
