The graduating class of 2025 at the Pagadian City Extension Campus of J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC), together with their proud parents, gathered for a series of meaningful ceremonies held on June 4, 2025, at the Zamboanga del Sur National High School (ZSNHS) Gymnasium in Sta. Rivera held a Hard Hat Installation and Pinning Ceremony on May 28, 2025, at the College Gymnasium in Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. In a landmark move for higher education in Zamboanga del Sur, the Senate officially approved the third and final reading of 𝐇ðĻðŪ𝐎𝐞 𝐁ðĒðĨðĨ 𝐍ðĻ. 𝟗𝟑𝟏𝟓 on 𝐉ðŪ𝐧𝐞 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, with 𝟐𝟏 𝐚𝐟𝐟ðĒðŦðĶ𝐚𝐭ðĒðŊ𝐞 ðŊðĻ𝐭𝐞𝐎, ðģ𝐞ðŦðĻ 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭ðĒðŊ𝐞 ðŊðĻ𝐭𝐞𝐎, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧ðĻ 𝐚𝐛𝐎𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭ðĒðĻ𝐧𝐎.
