From its main campus in Barangay Mati, San Miguel, and its campuses in Dumingag, Lakewood, and Pagadian City, the institution now carries not only a new name but also the higher mandate and prestige of a state university.

J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC), through its Community Extension Services Office (CESO) and Research and Development Office (RDO), successfully hosted a two-day seminar on “𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧” on September 15–16, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel, Pagadian City Extension Campus. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) formally held the oath-taking and turnover ceremony for the newly elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers on August 15, 2025, at the Main Campus Gymnasium. The ceremony was led by Atty. Romylyn Regidor, Chairperson of the Election Committee, under the leadership of Prof. Venus Avenido, Dean of Student Affairs.
