J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales delivered the State of the College Address (SOCA) on August 30, 2025, at the Pavilion Hall, Dao, Pagadian City. As the centerpiece of the 24th Founding Anniversary, it highlighted the Collegeโ€™s milestones, achievements, and future direction under his visionary leadership and the collective efforts of the institution.
