The School of Teacher Education (STE) of J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC), led by Dean Dr. Starr Clyde Sebial, organized a one-day seminar-orientation on Republic Act 12028, also known as the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, and Action Research across JHCSC campuses. The orientation officially began on September 2, 2025, with all STE faculty and students from the 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 attending the activity as part of their preparation for teacher development, research, and community engagement.

Highlighting the seminar were guest speakers from the Department of Education, Regional Office IX:

𝐃𝐫. 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐆. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐚, Education Program Supervisor of the Policy, Planning and Research Division, tackled Action Research Writing to equip faculty and student-teachers with essential research skills required in DepEd and in preparation for thesis work.

To expand its reach, the STE Seminar-Orientation continued at the 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 on September 6, 2025, and at the 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 on September 7, 2025, with the same set of speakers sharing expertise and guiding participants in advancing teacher education and research.
