J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) participated in the 2nd International Research Conference on Culture, Arts, and Sports (IRCCAS), held on August 27–29, 2025, at the Summit Galleria Hotel in Cebu City, where its faculty members and a graduate student presented research across various thematic streams, reflecting innovation, preservation, and interdisciplinary approaches.
Themed “𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴, 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘌𝘳𝘢 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩,” the international gathering brought together scholars, practitioners, and enthusiasts from various disciplines to explore the intersections of culture, arts, and sports in shaping both global and local narratives.
Representing JHCSC were three faculty members from the School of Teacher Education (STE), Dumingag Campus, along with one graduate student from the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) Master of Arts in Education program. Their research contributions were featured in the following conference streams:
