Cerilles State College (JHCSC), Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCT), and Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST).
Carrying the theme “Revolutionizing Our Response to Climate Change: Cutting-Edge Research and Technologies Paving the Way for a Low-Carbon Future!”, the congress convened researchers, scholars, practitioners, experts, and policymakers to tackle pressing environmental challenges.

The inaugural congress was vital for advancing discourse on environmental issues, showcasing innovative research, shaping informed policies, and fostering sustainable solutions. JHCSC’s active participation not only demonstrated its academic excellence but also reaffirmed its commitment to environmental stewardship and research-driven advocacy.
