Guided by the theme, “JHCSC Future-Ready Graduates as Drivers in Advancing A.C.H.I.E.V.E for Global Excellence,” the ceremony honored the perseverance, dedication, and achievements of 543 graduates who completed their respective academic programs.

The event was graced by Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, President of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC), who served as the Commencement Speaker. In his commencement address, Dr. Ronquillo congratulated the graduates and their families, emphasizing that graduation is more than a ceremonial gathering—it is a celebration of perseverance, sacrifice, determination, and achievement. “Gusto ko pong batiin ang ating mga magulang, ang totoong nagsipag tapos ngayong araw na ito,” he remarked, recognizing the invaluable role of parents and guardians in the success of every graduate. He further underscored the deeper meaning behind the diploma, reminding the graduates that it symbolizes not only academic accomplishment but also years of discipline, commitment, uncertainty, resilience, and hard work. According to him, every diploma represents honor earned despite difficulties and serves as proof that persistence and dedication eventually bear fruit.

Dr. Ronquillo also extended his congratulations to Dr. Edgardo H.
