The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) conducted a Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) Budget Justification and Defense Meeting on February 10, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel–Pagadian City Extension Campus. The meeting was presided over by JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, and the event aimed to thoroughly review and justify the school’s proposed budget for the year.

Key officials, including Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), and Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), attended the meeting. Also present were office directors from various offices, campus directors, deans, faculty, and staff, who participated in the deliberation process to ensure the budget aligned with the institution’s goals.

The gathering emphasized the importance of the budget review, ensuring that each financial decision contributes to the college’s growth and success. It also provided an opportunity to align budget proposals with the institution’s long-term goals and priorities, supporting academic and administrative needs.
