During the second day of the JH Cerilles Strategic Plan Update, each service delivery unit presented their catch-up and action plans for the Calendar Years 2023 and 2024. These presentations were critiqued and improved upon by key officials led by President Edgardo H. Rosales.
The various service areas and their respective presenters include:
1. Governance: OIC- CAO Dr. Joel M. Sabellano Jr.
2. Extension Services: Extension Director Ricky A. Egos
3. Research Services: Research Extension and Resource Generation Coordinator Ruel S. Lasagas
4. Higher Education Program Services: SOCJE Dean Dr. Mark E. Patalinghug
5. People Organization: HRMO Dr. Julito V. Mandac Jr.
6. ISO and Quality Assurance: Althea Nicole A. Paradiang
7. Land Use Development Investment Plan LUDIP: Charfel C. Judaya
8. Disaster Risk Reduction Management System DRRMS: Jerry R. Redoblado
In addition to these updates, several new offices were established and mobilized:
1. DRRMS Office: Headed by Jerry R. Redoblado
2. Database and Analytics Office: To be headed by Charfel C. Judaya
3. Quality Management System Office: To be headed by Althea Nicole A. Paradiang
4. Internationalization Office: To be headed by Dr. Wendell Glenn Cagape
These developments signify a proactive approach by JH Cerilles State College to enhance its strategic plan and overall services, as well as to adapt to evolving educational needs and standards.
