The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) convened an inception and partnership meeting with JHCSC on October 23, 2025, at the JHCSC Hostel, Pagadian City Extension Campus, to present and discuss the Smarter Approaches to Reinvigorate Agriculture as an Industry in the Philippines – Centralized National Hub for Regional Operations (SARAI-CeNTRO) systems and technologies. Representing the institution were Prof. Zenon Matos, Program Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program from JHCSC Dumingag, and Mr. Jaafar Omar, MSCA, a faculty member of the BSIT program from the Pagadian Campus. Dr. Sebial successfully presented the collaborative study titled “Quantifying Students’ Creativity in Function Arts” during the parallel session under Theme 6: Technology and Artificial Intelligence. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) conducted a rollout conference for the Integrated Center for Research in Environment, Agriculture, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, and Innovation (I CREATE AI) on October 17, 2025, at the IT Building Conference Room of the JHCSC Pagadian Campus. The event was spearheaded by Dr. Jerry B. Superales, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (VPRERG), with key support from Prof. Ruel S.
