𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒔 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝟒𝒕𝒉 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔

The 4th Quarter Regular Meetings of the Academic and Administrative Councils were held on December 12, 2024, at the Pagadian City Extension Campus Conference Room. While some members attended in person, others participated virtually via Google Meet. Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, College Visionary President, chaired both meetings consecutively.

The Academic Council meeting, led by Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, was held in the morning, with 69 members in attendance. The session focused on reviewing and discussing several key agenda items for approval for endorsement to the Board of Trustees 4th Quarter Meeting on December 20, 2024, at the CHED Central Office in Manila.

In the afternoon, the Administrative Council, headed by Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., Vice President for Administrative and Finance, convened with 32 members present. The meeting addressed three major agenda items, including “financial and fiscal matters” and “bids and awards,” which were presented for approval for endorsement to the Finance Committee (FinCom) Meeting.

Both meetings highlighted the strong collaborative leadership at the College, with Dr. Rosales steering both councils in their efforts to advance the institution’s academic and administrative goals.
