J.H. Cerilles State College marked another milestone in its research endeavors as two faculty members from its School of Teacher Education (STE) successfully presented their papers at the 13th National Conference on Research in Teacher Education (NCRTE), held on November 27โ29 at Benitez Hall, College of Education, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
The conference, themed โAdvancing Futures-Thinking Inclusive Education through Transdisciplinary Research, Leadership, and Practice,โ brought together educators, researchers, and practitioners from across the country for rich conversations, innovative insights, and an opportunity for collaborative learning.
Representing JHCSC were Ms. Juvie B. Sebial, who presented her study โComparative Analysis of Academic Anxiety Between Male and Female Pre-Service Teachers,โ and Ms. Jelie R. Sudiang, who presented her study โUnderstanding How Learning Strategies Bridge the Gap Between Learning Approaches and Mathematics Engagement.โ
JHCSCโs participation in the NCRTE 2025 reinforces the Collegeโs presence at national academic conferences. It underscores the institutionโs continued commitment to fostering a culture of research excellence and advancing scholarly contributions in the field of teacher education.
