In an effort to advance transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in government procurement processes, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office IX conducted a two-day training workshop on Republic Act No. 12009, also known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), at the J.H.
