The School of Business and Management (SBM) of J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) – Pagadian City Extension Campus is now officially in possession of the hard copies of the Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) for all three of its academic programs, signifying 100% compliance with CHED requirements.

The programs granted COPCs include the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM), and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSEntrep). BSHM was the first to secure its COPC, issued under No. 38, Series of 2021. Meanwhile, both BSTM and BSEntrep were granted COPCs on December 10, 2024.

This milestone is credited to the collective efforts and unwavering commitment to excellence of the SBM Community, led by Dean Dr. Julito V. Mandac, Jr., along with the program chairs, faculty, and staff. It is also attributed to the strong institutional support of Dr. Patricia D. Bahian, Pagadian Campus Director, Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the visionary leadership of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.

The receipt of the official COPC hard copies affirms the quality and compliance of the SBM programs, further strengthens Pagadian Campus’ standing as a newly recognized independent campus of JHCSC, and underscores its commitment to providing accessible, high-quality tertiary education aligned with national standards.

Soar high, J.H. Cerilles State College!
