J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) achieved another significant milestone under the visionary leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales with the awarding of the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) for its Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT) at the Canuto MS Enerio Campus (CMSE). The awarding took place on August 30, 2025, during the College’s 24th Founding Anniversary Culmination at Pavilion Hall, Dao, Pagadian City.

The certificate was presented by Dr. Joseph Lou C. Sta. Teresa, OIC-Chief Education Program Specialist of CHED Regional Office IX, and received by President Rosales and Prof. Bobby S. Piscos, Lakewood Campus Director.

This achievement highlights the collective efforts of the CMSE Campus School of Engineering and Technology (SET), with special commendation to Program Chairperson Mr. Yuri I. Matildo and the faculty and staff of the BIT Program. Their work, under the guidance of Prof. Bobby T. Piscos and SET Dean Engr. Perla Rivera was carried out in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, led by Dr. Vilma Grengia, and the Office of Quality Assurance, headed by Director Ms. Joie Mercybelle Capitanea. It stands as a testament to JHCSC’s unwavering commitment to quality education, academic excellence, and continuous development.

In light of this milestone, JHCSC also expressed its gratitude to CHED Regional Office IX, under the leadership of Atty. Marco Cicero Domingo, for his guidance and support in helping the College secure 100% COPC for all its undergraduate programs across campuses.

Congratulations, JHCSC!
