J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) took part in the Ceremonial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing of the Agriculture & Fisheries Resources, Research and Extension for Development Network (AFRREDN), spearheaded by the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX (DA RFO 9). The event was held on March 28, 2025, at Hotel Guillermo, Pagadian City.

Representing JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (VPRERG) Dr. Jerry B. Superales signed the agreement alongside other representatives from various agencies.

This collaboration marks another milestone in JHCSC’s commitment to fostering research, extension, and development initiatives that benefit the region’s agriculture and fisheries sectors.
