J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Comprehensive Development Planning (CDP) Technical Working Team facilitated the 2-day workshop on the Formulation of Risk-Informed Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP+) with the heads and officials of LGU San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur on March 29 and 30, 2021 held at JHCSC, Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.
A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was formally signed between JHCSC represented by Pres. Dr. Mary Jocelyn Villejo-Battung and LGU San Miguel represented by Mayor Angelito L. Martinez for the Synergy in Capacitating LGUs in Local Development and Urban Planning (SCALE UP) Program.
The DILG has also signed a MOA with JHCSC for the SCALE UP Program in order assist LGUs in Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay in the formulation of their CDP.
The University of the Philippines Diliman School of Urban and Regional Planning (UPD-SURP) trained JHCSC CDP Technical Working Group (TWG) who conducted the said workshop were Engr. Rodrigo P. Millares Jr.,EnP (Team Leader), Mr. Kim C. Borja (Institutional Sector Specialist) and Mr. Homer T. Lao ( Social Sector Specialist).
