A solidarity meeting was held at the DAO Mega Gym in the Provincial Sports Complex to discuss essential details regarding the upcoming contest, including the venue, time, guidelines, and qualification criteria. The meeting was organized under the leadership of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, with the support of Hon. Glendell I. Oyo-a, JHCSC Alumni Trustee and Event Management Commander, representing the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur.
Key attendees of the meeting included Mr. Manuel C. Paster Jr., the ManCom Chairman, and Dr. Arlene De Vera from the MASTS Secretariat. They introduced the event management teams responsible for overseeing the logistics of the contest. The meeting was attended by representatives from over 30 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), including coaches, event managers, and venue managers who are involved in the successful execution of the event.
In his remarks, President Rosales assured the delegates that the organizing committee is committed to meeting their expectations for the contest. Meanwhile, Hon. Glendell I. Oyo-a extended a warm welcome to all delegates and emphasized that the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur is dedicated to ensuring the security and smooth operation of the event.
