Participants included JHCSC SCC students led by Mrs. Janniece L. Magsayo, Dean of Student Affairs (DSA), JHCSC First-Year ROTC students, Yllaña Bay View College ROTC students under Mrs. Ray Ann S. Mañeja, JHCSC faculty and staff, barangay workers, and community leaders.
