The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), under the leadership of Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, conducted the Midyear Performance Review and Strategic Plan 2025 for the Student Affairs Division, which took place in the Conference Room of the Pagadian Annex Campus on September 27, 2024, attended by the Heads of Student Services across the JHCSC Campuses including Main, Pagadian Annex, Dumingag, and Canuto.
On behalf of Dr. Jonno E. Tan, Dean of Student Affairs, Pagadian Annex DSA Incharge Mrs. Janniece L. Magsayo acknowledged all the participants from the Student Services different units, including the Registrar, Library, Health, Guidance and PESO, Dormitory, Scholarship, Admission, Student Publication, Sports and Socio-Cultural, NSTP, Office of the Student Affairs, and Alumni Relations.
The objectives of the activity are to review institutional goals and targets, present significant accomplishments and setbacks in the last 6 to 7 months, review the present setup/structure in each unit, determine the gaps that affect the normal delivery operations in each unit, and determine mechanisms that can optimize the operation in each unit.
This collaborative effort underscores the commitment of the J.H. Cerilles State College Student Affairs Division to enhance student services and support as they work towards the strategic goals outlined for 2025. -EMP
