JHCSC-PESO Facilitates Employment Coaching for Pagadian Annex Graduating Class of 2024

J.H. Cerilles State College Public Employment Service Office (JHCSC-PESO), spearheaded by Dr. Moibe F. Olitres, facilitated Employment Coaching for Pagadian Annex graduating students at Pavilion Hall, Dao, Pagadian City, on May 24-25, 2024, with the theme “Career Compass: Navigating Your Path to Success, Empowering Individuals with Guidance and Support.”
The participants attended represented a diverse range of programs, including Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (BSED), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), and Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management (BSHM).
Employment Coaching provided a series of enlightening topics from the various guest speakers to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for their future careers.

The 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝟏 topics were Strategies for Career Success by Provincial Government Representative Glendell L. Oyoa; Innovations and Opportunities by Summers Agricultural Farming CEO Edgar Allan C. Monreal; The Academy of Creating Enterprise Philippines by ACE Academy Chapter President Wilma P. Bayaro; and Employment Situation in Zampen and Worker’s Rights by DOLE Head Miraflor J. Casanes.
The 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝟐 topics were Developing Professionalism and Work Ethics by 902nd MC RMFB 9 Advisory Council Vice Chairman Dr. King Q. Caritativo, Appreciating Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy by Glennelie Marcos Padunan from Sunlife of Canada PH, and Emotional Intelligence by Pagadian Annex JHCSC Guidance Counselor Dr. Moibe F. Olitres.
