Enerio Campus, was recognized by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office of Zamboanga del Sur during the Tanglaw: Pagkilala at Pasasalamat & Provincial New Year’s Call held on January 30, 2026, at the SMC Gift Pavilion along Rizal Avenue, Pagadian City. The recognition highlighted the College’s continued partnership with TESDA in advancing quality technical-vocational education and training in the province.

The achievements were realized under the visionary leadership of College President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, with the guidance of Vice President for Research, Innovative Development, and Extension Dr. Jerry B. Superales, and Community Extension Services Office Director Dr. Joel M. Sabellano. These recognitions further affirm JHCSC’s unwavering commitment to excellence in technical-vocational education and its mission to create meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

The Main Campus received the On-the-Spot Compliant for UTPRAS award for its Agricultural Crops Production NC I program. At the same time, the Canuto M.S. Enerio Campus was likewise conferred the same award for its Bread and Pastry Production NC II program. In addition, the Canuto campus earned the High Certification Rate Award for successfully meeting and exceeding the prescribed certification rate set by TESDA, reflecting effective program implementation and learner readiness for national assessment.

These distinctions underscore the dedication and collaborative efforts of the College’s faculty members, trainers, staff, and Community Extension Services personnel in ensuring strict compliance with TESDA regulations, training standards, and quality assurance protocols. Through consistent monitoring and learner-centered instruction, JHCSC continues to equip its trainees with practical, industry-relevant skills aligned with national competency standards.
