Chaired by Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, President of JHCSC, and brought together key officials and administrators from various departments of JHCSC and representatives from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), headed by Gaesha Hazel D. Wee, Acting Supervising Budget and Management Specialist.
