The pursuit of academic excellence took place at the Pagadian Annex Campus’s Conference Room on the third floor of the IT Building as faculty members and heads of academic departments gathered for the Syllabi Review and Enhancement Workshop organized by Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, today, February 7, 2024.
Discussions during the plenary session encompassed various topics crucial to syllabi development, including the rationale for syllabi updates, library resources, feedback solicitation, and GE course presentation. Following the plenary session, participants delved into the heart of the workshop, which fostered an environment of collaboration and shared expertise, with educators exchanging insights and best practices to refine syllabi across disciplines.
This collaborative effort among the heads of academic departments and faculty members underscored JHCSC’s dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in education under the leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H.
