The JHCSC School of Law formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), marking a significant commitment to academic partnership and institutional extension services focused on cooperative development and legal advocacy.

The proceedings commenced with the esteemed opening remarks delivered by Dr. Patricia Bahian, setting the tone for a collaborative future. This was immediately followed by the focal point of the event: the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement, formally executed by the CDA, Regional Director Ruben L. Cunanan, and Atty. Mynna Marie Barrientos-Godoy, and the JHCSC Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Vilma C. Grengia.

The assembly was further graced by the insightful message of Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who articulated the alignment of this partnership with the institution’s core academic mission. The successful ratification of this agreement was concluded with the comprehensive closing remarks provided by Atty. Romylyn O. Regidor.

This MOA signifies the School of Law’s dedication to engaging critical sectors through practical legal education and community service.
