Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) cadets from various institutions participated in the Steel and Discipline firing activity at the RMFB9 Regional Center, Police Regional Office 9, Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City. The event, conducted on May 18, 2025, was facilitated by TSg Joseph D. De Guzman, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, alongside LT Elmer A. Desio of the Philippine Air Force.
