The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) Performance Management Team (PMT) conducted a meeting at the Pagadian Campus Hostel on April 3, 2025. The meeting focused on the Office, Division, Individual Performance Commitment and Review, and other key operational matters. The meeting was led by Planning and Development Office Director Dr. Cleofe Baterna Jr., under the leadership of Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Wilfredo Barnido Jr., with the support of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.
The session was attended by members of the Performance Management Team (PMT), including Dr. Joel M. Sabellano Jr., Finance Director; Mr. Kim M. Borja, HRMO Training & Development; Atty. Princess Rosal Inclan, Institutional Policy & Governance Officer; Dr. Julito Mandac Jr., HRMO Director; and Mr. Joniel L. Calibo, 2nd Level Position Alternate and NSTP Director, along with staff members. Together, they worked on reviewing and assessing the institutionโs performance metrics for the year ahead.
The primary discussions centered on aligning the institutionโs targets for 2025 with its strategic goals, operational plans, and organizational structure. Topics such as organizational output, performance ratings, and budget allocation were thoroughly tackled. Mr. Barnido Jr. shared valuable insights, suggestions, and proposals to facilitate the smooth progress of the meeting, ensuring that the institutionโs goals for the upcoming year were clearly defined and achievable.
The meeting was beneficial by fostering a cohesive strategy for achieving the institutionโs 2025 targets. It helped refine the operational plans and align all departments toward a common goal, ensuring a more efficient and practical approach to fulfilling constitutional and organizational responsibilities.
