𝑱𝑯𝑪𝑺𝑪 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒁𝑷𝑷𝑺𝑼 𝑰𝑪𝑻 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

In honor of the invitation extended by Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, President of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU), J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales attended the inauguration of the ZPPSU Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Building on April 2, 2025.

The event was also graced by key figures from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), including Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman, USec Gooddes Hope O. Libiran, USec Wilford Will L. Wong, and DBM Region IX Director Mark Louie C. Martin, demonstrating the strong collaboration between educational institutions and government agencies in expanding digital infrastructure for higher education.

President Rosales’ presence at the event demonstrated his support for this key milestone in ZPPSU’s continued development, particularly as an institution where he formerly served as an educator. It also highlighted JHCSC’s commitment to fostering academic partnerships and technological innovation advancements to improve learning and creativity.
