J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) and Saigon Business School (SBS) have officially forged a partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on March 19, 2025. Dr. Jerry B. Superales, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (VPRERG), represented JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales in the signing ceremony. This agreement marks a significant step in building a collaborative relationship between the two institutions, focusing on academic exchange and mutual development.

The partnership aims to strengthen both schools’ academic and research capabilities, fostering greater collaboration in education and resource generation. Through this MOA, JHCSC and SBS seek to create new opportunities for students and faculty, enhancing innovation and growth in the global academic landscape.
