𝑱𝑯𝑪𝑺𝑪 𝑩𝑶𝑻 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒆 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅𝒔 𝟏𝒔𝒕 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔

The Board of Trustees (BOT) Finance Committee conducted their 1st Quarter Regular Meeting at the J.H. Cerilles State College – Pagadian City Extension Campus Conference Room, 3rd Floor, IT Building on March 3, 2025. The meeting was led by Hon. Maria Felicidad R. Guerrero, Director of NEDA IX, with guidance from Hon. Martin A. Wee, Director of DOST IX and Vice Chair of the JHCSC-BOT Finance Committee, with the support of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales.

Attendees included notable officials such as Vice President for Administration and Finance Wilfredo M. Barnido Jr., CPA; Finance Director Dr. Joel Sabellano Jr.; Planning and Development Director Dr. Cleofe Baterna; OIC Budget Officer Jesu Marie R. Reducto, CPA; Procurement Officer Sixan Madarimot, CPA; and the Federated Faculty and Staff Association President, Hon. Glady C. Quirante. Also present were Supreme Student Federated Council President, Student Trustee, Hon. Cyrusdirk L. Elle, and key support staff, including Atty. Esther Marie Ringon, BOT Secretary Designate; Mr. Cristian Amor Baya, BOT Secretary I; and Atty. Princess Rosal Inclan, Legal Officer.

The meeting’s agenda focused on critical financial and fiscal matters, procurement of supplies and equipment, and bids and awards presented for approval and subsequent endorsement to the BOT. Hon. Wee underscored the significance of a thorough presentation of the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP). Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales carefully noted this point, provided feedback, and made important observations and notes during the discussion.

In conclusion, the meeting proved essential in addressing key administrative and financial matters, reinforcing the importance of transparency and effective management. The collaborative efforts of the participants helped ensure continued progress and success for the development and operations of JHCSC.
