Under the leadership of Dean Atty. Romylyn O. Regidor, the JHCSC School of Law (SOL) hosted a testimonial and appreciation night on February 15, 2025, at the Pavilion Hall in Dao, Pagadian City. The event celebrated the achievements of those who passed the September 8, 11, and 15, 2024 BAR Examinations.
Organized by the School of Law Supreme Student Council (SoL – SSC), led by President Jessa Mae Babor, the gathering was attended by key figures, including Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Patricia Bahian, Pagadian Campus Director. Faculty members, students, and the BAR passers were also present to celebrate the milestone.
The event featured performances from SOL students, creating a lively atmosphere. It also became a moment of reflection as the BAR passers shared their experiences and challenges. To commemorate their success, Dean Atty. Regidor presented them with tokens of appreciation. This event celebrated the achievements of new lawyers while providing an avenue for aspiring BAR candidates to gain insights, strategies, and motivation from their success stories. Their experiences in preparing for the BAR will inspire and benefit future candidates.
President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, whose message was delivered by Dr. Grengia, expressed his pride and admiration for the groupβs efforts. βWe are proud of your perseverance, and we are also proud of your hard work,β he said, acknowledging the dedication and determination that has driven their success.
Addressing the attendees, Dean Atty. Regidor emphasized the occasionβs significance, highlighting the School of Lawβs commitment to its students. βI wish nothing but the ultimate happiness of our students,β she stated, underscoring the institutionβs dedication to current students and alumni.
The event honored the perseverance and dedication of the BAR passers while strengthening unity within the JHCSC School of Law community. It celebrated their accomplishments and inspired future law students to strive for excellence in the legal profession.
