President Edgardo H. Rosales led an executive meeting with Syntegral Global Solutions on February 7, 2025, at the Conference Hall, 3rd floor of the I.T. Building, Pagadian City Extension Campus. The discussion centered on finalizing the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for a 10-hectare lot in Sinonok, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, which will serve as a collaborative agricultural initiative site.

Attending the meeting were key officials from JHCSC, including Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Vilma C. Grengia, Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Wilfredo M. Barnido, Jr., and PDO Director Dr. Cleofe A. Baterna, Jr. Also present were Atty. Esther Marie S. Ringon, Legal Officer; Prof. Ricky A. Egos, Extension Director; Dr. Moises Glenn G. Tangalin, Dumingag Campus Director, Atty. Princess Inclan, Legal Officer, and Dr. Rosanilio Yagos, BSES and MSERM Chairperson. Representing Syntegral Global Solutions were CEO Mr. Brian K. Thomas, Executive Assistant Ms. Armeena Red, General Manager Mr. Edwin Palomique, Construction Project Manager Mr. Jonnie Noynay, and Agricultural Engineer Mr. Joel Sadol.

The MOA outlines a strategic partnership focused on agricultural research, education, and community development. The collaboration aims to strengthen JHCSCโ€™s research capabilities while offering specialized training and resources for students and local farmers. By integrating advanced agricultural techniques, the initiative seeks to enhance food production, improve sustainability, and generate economic benefits for the community.
