The J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) MEASURES Team, led by President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, held its first meeting of the year on January 14, 2025, at the Pagadian City Extension Campus Hostel. The Collegeβs key officials attended the meeting, including the President, Vice Presidents, Campus Directors, Deans, and Heads of various offices.
According to President Rosales, MEASURES meetings can be conducted monthly or quarterly, depending on the need. He considers these meetings one of the Collegeβs best practices, as they provide accurate feedback from various offices and monitor the accomplishment of targets aligned with the institutionβs strategic plan.
The focus of the meeting included the presentation of the Summary of Accomplishment Reports for 2024, addressing issues and concerns from the past year, and setting top priorities for the first quarter of 2025. Presenters from the Offices under the Office of the President (OP), the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (OVPAF), the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA), and the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Resource Generation (OVPRERG) delivered their reports within the allotted time to ensure an efficient flow of the meeting.
Reflecting on all the accomplishments presented, President Rosales commended 2024 as a productive year for JHCSC because there was so much improvement across all campuses. He encouraged everyone to continue working together and will be inspired more by doing their best to elevate JHCSC to greater heights.
Soar high, J.H. Cerilles State College!
