Ms. April Rose B. Carasca, an esteemed faculty member of the JHCSC School of Agriculture, Forestry, and Environmental Studies (SAFES), earned 1st runner-up in the Research Category for her award-winning paper titled Physicochemical and Microbial Analysis of Refrigerated and Unrefrigerated Raw Bovine Milk Using Leavening Agents at Different Time Intervals.”

The recognition was given during the Regional Symposium on Research and Development Highlights (RSRDH) held on December 5, 2024, at the College of Teacher Education Social Hall, Western Mindanao State University, Zamboanga City.

The symposium, themed “Championing Science and Innovation for Sustainable AANR Development: 37 Years of Regional Collaboration and Impact,” highlighted Ms. Carasca’s dedication to advancing scientific research and innovation.
