Mr. Ronald Luste, Management Information System Technology Office (MISTO) Director, attended a Chief Information Officer (CIO) Conference in Metro Manila on December 4, 2024, as J.H. Cerilles State College (JHCSC) representative. The event was first-ever hosted by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and brought together CIOs from various National Government Agencies, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations, and State Universities and Colleges.

The conference featured the launch of the CIO Council, chaired by DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy, and the introduction of eGovAI through the eGovPH App—initiatives designed to drive digital innovation and improve government services across the country.

Mr. Luste’s participation in this event reinforces the ongoing commitment of JHCSC under Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales’ visionary leadership to advance its IT infrastructure and digital services by engaging with industry experts, leaders, and IT specialists from across the country.
