𝑴𝑨𝑺𝑻𝑺 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

The MASTS Committee convened on October 29, 2024, at the Pagadian Extension Campus to finalize the preparations for the MASTS Games 2024. Held in the 3rd-floor Conference Room of the I.T. Building, the meeting, presided over by Mr. Manuel C. Paster, Jr., ManCom Chairman, brought together key leaders, including Dr. Nelson P. Cabral, President of the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools (MASTS) and Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University, along with directors and coordinators of Sports and Culture and the Arts from various State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).

The JHCSC MASTS Committee, under the leadership of President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, also facilitated the meeting, which focused on critical preparations for the MASTS Games 2024, scheduled for November 24-29. Key topics included establishing the general schedule of activities, billeting arrangements for participants, and addressing logistical concerns related to the event’s execution. The committee has conducted an ocular visitation to evaluate accommodations for participating SUCs and has inspected the venues designated for the Sports and Culture and Arts competitions. These efforts aim to ensure smooth operations for the upcoming MASTS Games 2024, which is essential for the event’s success.
