Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, SUC President II of JH Cerilles State College and David Padgett, CEO of SeeMeSOL inked a Memorandum of Agreement during the launching of SeeMeSOL Philippine Office in Makati City on September 27, 2024, witnessed by Wendell Glenn Cagape, PhD, the Director for Internationalization and External Linkages.
SeeMeSOL is a digital platform providing pre-employment and employment opportunities in a portal for students of JH Cerilles State College and its alumni. This is a project that enhances the students of JHCSC to be employment-ready and globally competitive in their chosen careers after their studies at JHCSC. This program too embodies the vision of Dr. Rosales to make JHCSC students to be employment-ready with new skills acquired and new opportunities explored.
As part of the institution’s internationalization thrust, Dr. Cagape initiated the tie-up of the JHCSC and SeeMeSOL and added that this partnership will bring in opportunities for personal growth to all JHCSC students who wished to be primed for employment with new trainings on the How’s of CV preparation, interview, online job fairs and many other activities to be jointly pursued by SeeMeSOL and JHCSC.
JHCSC is the only State College who have witnessed the opening of the
SeeMeSOL headquarters and signed the Memorandum of Agreement with Mr. David Padgett, optimistic that such endeavor will redound to more opportunities for all students in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
As part of the partnership, JHCSC is preparing for the region-wide SeeMeSOL meet up sometime in November where stakeholders from the SUCs in Mindanao and nearby HEIs in the region will come together and explore ways to promote opportunities for students to be more employment-ready and globally connected to industries of their choice. -HTL
